Event Overview:
For HR leaders, Valley employees, area residents, commuters, and transit enthusiasts: please join us for a 1.2-mile walk from the future BRT hub at 27th and Wisconsin down into the Valley. Participants will experience the current conditions for commuters along the route, and will provide input on the types of pedestrian enhancements they’d like to see in the corridor.
Following the walk, a discussion will be held at Palermo’s Villa, Inc. where we can chat about our experience and brainstorm ideas for pedestrian, bicycle, and transit safety enhancements for the future. Pizza will be provided!
Your discussion feedback will contribute to the MobiliSE Advocacy Action Plan to help improve pedestrian safety. To register for this event and more information: Click Here!

Tentative Schedule:
11:30am - Meet at Palermo Villa, Inc. (3301 W Canal St., Milwaukee, WI 53208) for an introduction, event overview, and to gather for a shuttle service. Parking available W. Roundhouse Road. Please arrive on time.
11:45am - A shuttle service will drive participants to the first stop at 27th and Wisconsin.
12:00pm - Participants begin the 1.2-mile community walk starting at 27th and Wisconsin and ending back at Palermo's Villa, Inc. Review route map for stop locations.
12:45pm - Participants arrive back at Palermo's Villa, Inc. and will congregate in the Colosseum meeting room for a lunch provided by Palermo's. Participants will engage in a meaningful discusison and provide feedback about their experience.
1:30pm - Wrap up and thank you.
