Many Valley employees have meaningfully engaged in programs like the the Career Discovery Initiative. For more than seven years, the Valley has cultivated relationships that have introduced kids from surrounding schools to companies and mentors within the district; inspiring hundreds of youth to discover career pathways they never knew existed. As a direct result of those programs students desire additional engagement, schools seek more volunteer involvement, families are becoming more aware of Valley businesses, and hard-to-fill positions are being discovered.
