Corey Zetts
Executive Director
Phone: 414.221.5506
A LITTLE ABOUT ME
Corey Zetts is the Executive Director of MVP. She gets to work with dynamic staff and partners from the public and private sectors who are dedicated to strengthening the Valley and the City of Milwaukee. In practice, her primary job is bringing people together to creatively solve challenges. It’s the greatest job she could imagine. Corey manages MVP’s planning and redevelopment work, and is currently working on redevelopment plans for 40 acres of riverfront land and plans for developing Riverwalk throughout the Valley. Before coming to MVP she was working on her PhD in Philosophy, but found her heart was less in theories of justice than how they play out in the built environment.
Outside of the Valley, Corey loves working on projects around her house and garden, tending her Valley beehives, exploring with her family, learning to play violin with her daughter, and spending time with organizations making Milwaukee an even better place.
Catrina Crane
Director of Business Relationships
Phone: 414.326.5077
A LITTLE ABOUT ME
Catrina Crane serves as a trusted extension of every business in the Valley as she aids in delivering solutions to matters affecting the Valley business community. From public safety to workforce, she aids in fostering and building strong relationships to needed resources on behalf of the district. Catrina also coordinates opportunities for engagement, networking, and community impact for Valley businesses such as the Menomonee Valley Business Association, Youth Programs, and Valley Circles.
Outside of work, Catrina continues to work, but on programs that are dear to her heart such as leading her neighborhood block watch and serving as Chair of the WHS Scholarship Committee – Go PURGOLDERS! In her true spare time, she enjoys community events and chauffeuring her daughter (and friends) around to programs while serving as a parent volunteer. Catrina is a graduate of Future Milwaukee, the Marquette Associates in Commercial Real Estate Program, and received her MBM at Cardinal Stritch University.
Nia Smith
Project Manager - Public Engagement

In her free time, you can find her going for long walks, listening to a podcast, or trying out a new recipe.
